The City of Taylorsville is now accepting credit or debit cards in the office, drive thru window, and by the phone for your payment of a water bill. To make your payment by phone, please call our automated line 24 hours a day at 1-855-373-0811. You will need your account numer from your water bill.
Processing fees do apply to any form of payment made with either card. A fee of 2.75% of your total bill is charged. The minimum fee is $2.00. This fee will go to the company which handles the transaction.
When paying by phone:
If your account is due for cut off or has already been disconnected, you must speak to a customer service representative.
Please note that all payments made after 12 AM EST will not be posted to your water account until the next business calendar day.
The City can not take credit or debit cards at this time for the following payments: deposits for water service, city licenses, city taxes, flood wall taxes, and water meter sets.
